Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) philbeth account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. philbeth conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months)

philbeth reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict gaming activity pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

philbeth accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. • Impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per calendar month
• Delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC or AML review
• Request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds
• Reverse a withdrawal back to the player's philbeth wallet balance where fraud or policy violation is suspected

philbeth offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements), minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limitations, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all philbeth bonuses:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the philbeth platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any philbeth content without prior written permission.

philbeth is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its Filipino player base. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified philbeth account holders:

• The account has been compromised by a third party
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to philbeth

Upon account closure for a Terms violation, philbeth reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all remaining balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, where such closure results from fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling. In cases of closure at the player's own request (not involving a violation), outstanding balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, philbeth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the philbeth platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Network outages, server downtime, or technical malfunctions beyond philbeth's reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your philbeth account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials
• Game outcomes or results of sports events
• Decisions made by philbeth in the exercise of its rights under these Terms
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank)

philbeth's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to your use of the philbeth platform.

philbeth reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the philbeth.club platform.
